BUT We PRAY, PRAY, and PRAY MORE..

MM'S

Valentine mail out.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
THANK
YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE HELPED MAKE
OPERATION HOLIDAY SUPPORT OUR TROOPS 2004
A HUGE SUCCESS!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A very big thank
you to our friends
at the Metro Community News,
for all the hard work that went into our Holiday project this year.
It was a
HUGE success!
Thank you WNY
metro readers!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sorry, but the
deadline has passed this year for our Holiday project.
Our Holiday
mail out was a huge success!!
We mailed over 900 care packages!
(that's a lot of care packages, I know, I packed
them and stood in line to mail them - :)
WNY METRO READERS ~ You are AWESOME!!
LOCKPORT POST OFFICE - THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
Thank you TERESA for all your hard work.
As of 3/06
We do not have any projects underway at this time.
Please check back later.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We would like to
thank the many, many businesses, and private individuals who have
shown support for our troops and have promoted this as a company wide
event, and got their employees involved.
Due to the anthrax
scare and the undermining threat of war, lots of
things have changed. This is one of the reasons why the
Dear Abby - "Any Soldier project" has been cancelled.
You can no longer send mail addressed to
"Any Soldier project" The fact is, the threats to
our Troops are very real.
Would you like to help support our Troops?
You can send still your cards and letters and we will send
them
via the
channels we have created with Military Chaplains.
In order to keep our Troops safe, at least the
first time
letters must be sent through us.
I know it is inconvenient at
first, but we
must provide safety for our Troops.
Everyone can help,
Please help us show our Troops that we stand behind them.
This
is a great project for Schools, Churches, Groups, etc.
All letters MUST
BE left unsealed for security - If your group would like a return
letter, you must have your return address on each letter/card
made, not just on the outside box or envelope all the letters come
in.
All though we can not guarantee that you will get a response back, most
do, but please know our troops love receiving the "gifts" of your
letters/cards but please remember their
"gift to you is
your freedom".
Sorry
but due to safety issues, we do not accept home baked good.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We serve our Lord Jesus Christ in blessing our troops.
We strive on our grass roots of SUPPORT and
ENCOURAGEMENT
to ALL MILITARY
FAMILIES.
This is our main goal.
Along the road we have been blessed with the opportunity
to bless our
troops with greetings from home.
The cost comes out of our pockets only,
The Lord provides always and we continue to have
FAITH HE WILL STILL
PROVIDE.
God Bless -
I have gotten many emails asking if a classroom
can do just one card
and, then have all the Children sign the card -- Absolutely YES
!!
